As the school term draws to a close, it's time to celebrate another year of the St Bon's PTFA and to extend a huge thank you for your incredible support and contributions to our wonderful community.
There have been so many fundraising highlights during this academic year including the Christmas and summer fairs, bake sales, a quiz night, discos and more; and many exciting developments, all made possible thanks to PTFA funding and your support.
Outdoor performance area: One of our biggest highlights has been the installation of the new outdoor performance area which has really transformed playtime and brought many new possibilities to class time too.
Supported learning: Since the beginning of the school year we've funded classroom equipment and resources, a fire pit, two author visits, a SATS breakfast, workshops, an Old Vic performance, and Olympic and Paralympic workshops for the whole school.
Grow With It : This project has truly blossomed. The raised beds are in full bloom, the murals have been completed, the front entrance is now vibrant, and the St Francis garden refreshed. The children have loved harvesting the vegetables, and there are already plans for a few winter crops (if you are interested in joining our team of parents for these ongoing gardening projects please do get in touch). We are also gearing up to plan a natural playground at the back of school. Stay tuned for updates.
