Ready for a new challenge in 2025? Join the St Bon’s PTFA Committee!

Looking for a way to make a real difference in our school? Why not join the St Bon’s PTFA Committee this year?

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is happening online on Thursday 6 February at 8pm, and we’re on the lookout for a new Treasurer, Secretary, and other committee members. These roles are essential to keeping the PTFA running smoothly, and without volunteers, it will be a challenge to continue our fantastic work!

What do Committee members do?

A Treasurer looks after PTFA funds in line with the committee’s decisions. They make sure upcoming events are affordable and profitable and report financial information to the rest of the team.

A Secretary ensures that activities run smoothly, arranges PTFA meetings, take minutes and keep records.

Committee members play a vital role in supporting the Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. They help make decisions, share ideas, and contribute to discussions. Members also support events, and might take on specific responsibilities like organising food and drink for events, or running specific events during the year.

We’re a friendly, welcoming team (check out who we are on our website!) and would love to see new people join.

Interested?

If you’d like to put yourself forward for one of these roles or just want to learn more, please get in touch with our chair, Helen Albon.
